How do I report or block a couple?

Open their profile, or your chat with them, and tap the ⋯ button, then Report or Block. Blocking stops you seeing or contacting each other. We review every report within 24 hours, and remove content and accounts that break our Terms. You can unblock a couple in Profile → Settings → Blocked couples.

How do I join my partner's couple?

Your partner sends you a code that looks like LNKD-7K2M9Q. Get LNKD from the App Store, tap Join your partner, and enter the code. You'll have your own account inside your couple.

Why can't I see any couples yet?

LNKD opens one area at a time, starting with Atlanta, once enough couples there have joined — so the first couples you see are people near you who are ready to meet. Your profile is saved, and we'll let you know when your area opens.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a six-digit code; enter it in the app with your new password.

How do I cancel LNKD+?

LNKD+ is billed by Apple, so it's cancelled in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LNKD. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. One subscription covers both partners.

How do I leave my couple?

Go to Profile → Settings → Leave this couple. Your partner keeps the couple profile, your connections and your chats, and you keep your account.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your profile and your photos. If your partner keeps their account, the couple profile and its chats stay with them. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
