Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LNKD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LNKD. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information in your profile.
• Each person may only have one account. Couple profiles are shared between two partners.
• You may not impersonate another person or create a misleading profile.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse

LNKD has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to:

• Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten or intimidate anyone
• Impersonate anyone, or post photos of people who have not agreed to it
• Use LNKD for sexual solicitation, commercial solicitation or spam
• Upload content that infringes anyone else's rights
• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or use bots or scrapers

Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it is removed from LNKD.

5. Reporting and Blocking

You can report a couple or their content from their profile or your chat with them, and block them so they can no longer see or contact you. We review every report within 24 hours. When content breaks these Terms we remove it and remove the account that posted it.

We cannot guarantee how other users behave, and we are not responsible for what happens when you meet people outside the app. Meet in public places and use your judgment.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post (photos, messages, bios). By posting it, you give LNKD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and display it in the app to provide the service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. LNKD+ Subscriptions

• LNKD+ is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. One subscription covers both partners in a couple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings, under your Apple ID. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

8. Ending Your Account

You can leave your couple or delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile → Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms. When an account ends, its right to use LNKD ends with it.

9. Disclaimers

LNKD is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. We are not responsible for the actions, content or behavior of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LNKD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. If we make material changes we will tell you in the app or by email, and continuing to use LNKD after that means you accept them.
